Hey this is just outrageous... HOW CAN A COUNTRY LET THIS HAPPEN?? I mean how is it possible that they dont invest in education ? I personally think that it is the most essential piece of the jigsaw... you cant cope with an economic crisis without preparing people to afford problems.. Find attached two website links. The first one is the united states website for students grants and the second one for the Spanish ministry of education. Just come out with you own conclusions because I think there are not enough words to define this sort of tumbling situation.
